Let’s get this out of the way.
Due to the diligence of myself and an army of social media activists, many of you have seen the hashtag “taxationistheft” flying around the web. With a weekend where the average person does that which the state demands, typically with indignant spite, and relinquishes their money in the form of compulsory taxation, it seemed like an appropriate time to remind people that the organization they were raised to support and run to for help is regularly stealing from them. If it sounds amazing that this is true, yet unaddressed by almost anyone with any power to stop it, there’s a good reason for that:
If this sounds insane, just hear me out, and ask yourself this question… if this is true, who stands to gain from it? Well, a lot of people. The people who teach in public schools, the roadbuilding and public works industry, subsidized agribusiness and healthcare, the enormous war industry, and countless others are drooling for a taste of America’s labor force, and they get hungrier by the year, as populations grow, and grow more complacent with the system. And that’s just the tip of the iceberg, but that’s for a later piece.
For clarity, it would help to describe the physical root of this system: the American money system. This is easy to explain, thanks to HiddenSecretsOfMoney.com. Mike Maloney lays it all out in this presentation here:
So it’s pretty simple: the money in your bank account, your vault at home, your pockets… it’s all worth nothing, and in fact, less than nothing. It’s literally a debt creation system built to look legitimate, and it allows for literally all the corruption that exists in American politics to be done under the cover of opaque private institutions that consistently refuse to be audited, and get away with it! Try that in a tax audit, and see how far it gets you.
That’s pretty grim. The system you rely on betrays you every day, smiling the whole time, and expects you to be a happy worker while they’re at it. And you may think “slavery” is a harsh term for this, but this money theoretically represents your labor, and what is slavery, if not the theft of someone’s labor? But then we get back to the crux of it. Taxation may be a broken system, but it isn’t theft, is it?
Well, the first thing should be obvious. You work for that money. It represents your labor, and time that you put into working, time you will never get back. You exchanged your time for what you thought was a unit of value, but as soon as that unit of value was made, it destroyed another one. If even one dollar was produced this way intentionally, the currency system would immediately be damaged, as if someone set fire to the bill. But they did that before you even received it, then lied to you about its value so you’d work for it anyway. Then, they took a cut of it, told you that it was “for society”, and threatened you with violence, should you refuse to pay up. And some of you do so happily, and willingly, with a measure of pride, knowing you’re a good, taxpaying American trying to make a contribution to a country you’re proud to be a citizen of. But what about those that don’t want to pay? Is it still a voluntary exchange? What if you decide to stop participating in your slavery? Will they just leave you in peace?
Let’s not kid ourselves. We know the answer is no.
Lysander Spooner, late 19th century philosopher, put it best, when he said, “If taxation without consent is robbery, the United States government has never had, has not now, and is never likely to have, a single honest dollar in its treasury. If taxation without consent is not robbery, then any band of robbers have only to declare themselves a government, and all their robberies are legalized.”
You’re happy, anyway? That’s fantastic news for the ruling elite. A happy slave gets to live in a comfortable society. A happy slave gets to eat good food in plenty and have clean water to drink. A happy slave doesn’t step out of line, and is regularly rewarded for it. A happy slave gets a lot of choices on how to spend their allotment of currency, and gets to celebrate along with everyone else when they get a high enough percentage of what’s stolen from them every day back from the thieves. Still happy? Okay.
That brings me to #OpTaxPenaltyDue. What if I told you that you aren’t likely even legally obligated to pay one cent to the IRS, and that this extortion racket is based on hot air, and misinformation? Well, prepare for that information, because this video presentation, ripe with testimonials from legal experts and previous IRS employees, proves pretty definitively that there is no definable law that requires you to pay any sort of income tax to the feds…
So there you have it. No matter what these people did, they could not find any law compelling average American citizens to pay any sort of tax whatsoever. Yet they still come. They raid homes, loot personal possessions, they are armed and dangerous, and they’re in a neighborhood near you right now. And you think this is normal.
If you are beginning to see the lies that power the machine for what they are, feel free to share these videos, and this article, and protest this evil system by ceasing compliance in any way you can, and encouraging everyone you know to do the same. Together, with enough numbers, we will crush the apparatus that fuels the system of our enslavement, and begin the process of reclaiming the freedom due us for a long time coming.
